When are HOA dues due?
January 31st. Accounts past-due 90 days (April 30th) will incur a 6% penalty.

What does an account in good standing mean?
This means that your account is not carrying a balance.

When are HOA meetings held, and why should I attend?
Community meetings are held five (5) times a year:
- Four (4) quarterly meetings,
- One (1) annual/election meeting.

I want to get involved with our community, but do not have a lot of free time. What opportunities are available?
Let’s talk! Aside from board positions, there are committees that manage smaller events and aspects of our community. Your time and talents are very much appreciated!

When is garbage picked up?
Trash is picked-up every Thursday. It is recommended that receptacles be placed at the curb by 6am. Please keep receptacles out no more than 24 hours before or after pickup.

How do I dispose of bulk garbage or Christmas trees?
Christmas trees will be collected on the resident’s normal collection day during the 2nd and 3rd week of January each year only. (The dates for Christmas tree pickup will change, please contact the office to verify the dates of collection) 302-744-2429
