Community Clubhouse (The Center)
Our clubhouse is one of the most value-adding and attractive feature of our community. It features a large indoor area with chairs, tables, large-screen television, blue-ray DVD player, WIFI, and his & her bathrooms. A kitchen with bistro lighting & bar-stool seating is complete with two microwaves, toaster oven, sink, refrigerator, wine chiller, ample cabinet and countertop space and a keg cooler.
The Clubhouse is available for the following two types of events:
Personal & Family Events
Residents may rent the clubhouse for personal and family events such as birthday parties, graduation celebrations, weddings, promotions and sex-reveal parties.
Costs for this type of event is as follows:
- A $125 utility & maintenance fee (e.g., utilities, amenities, and personnel)
- A $100 refundable cleaning deposit (note that this includes all trash from the event(s) is taken off site and renter does not use trash cans at clubhouse/pool area)
Resident-Sponsored Events
Residents may rent the clubhouse for sponsoring business or commercial events. These can be church groups, fraternity/sorority functions, yoga classes, book or school clubs, and youth organizations. The sponsoring resident must be:
- An active member of or directly affiliated with the group/club/organization, and
- Be present during the entire event
Costs for this type of event is as follows:
- A $200 utility & maintenance fee (utilities, amenities, and personnel)
- A $100 refundable cleaning deposit
Common Area (The Green)
Our large, beautiful common area green can also be reserved for your event's tent, picnic, or other social gathering.
- A $100 maintenance fee
- A $200 refundable deposit
Please submit two checks for these items. This way, the deposit can be returned easily.
